Payment Terms
All personal training and online coaching sessions must be paid in advance.
Payment plans or packages can be paid in full or in agreed installments.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online payment platforms.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for completed sessions or services.
Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be refunded or carried forward within the agreed timeframe, subject to discussion.
Late Payments
Payments not received by the agreed due date may result in suspension of services until payment is made.
Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full unless due to emergency circumstances.
If the trainer needs to cancel, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Subscription Services (Online Coaching)
Monthly subscription payments will be automatically billed on the same date each month.
To cancel a subscription, 7 days' notice is required before the next billing cycle.
Package Expiration
Prepaid personal training packages must be used within [specific time frame, e.g., 6 months] from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed upon.

EXPIRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for joining The Health & Fitness PT Personal Training. Below are my policies and procedures concerning session expiration and cancellations.
Expiration Policy:
All purchased training appointments/sessions are non refundable and expire 8 weeks for x5 and 12 weeks for x10 after the date of the first training session. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited. If you need to put sessions on pause for any medical reason or you’re going away on holiday, that is fine. Any prolonged travel plans please make special arrangements in advance
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and Procedure:
Last minute cancellations or attempts to reschedule are inconvenient for me and for my other clients. While I will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate your schedule, I will do so only under the following conditions:
If you need to cancel an appointment / training session, you must do so by calling or texting within 24 hours of the appointment time. I will check my availability and get back to you with confirmation of the rescheduled date and time as soon as possible. If for any reason you do not call within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your training session. The only exception to this policy is a medical emergency.
