Where are you located?

In person personal training sessions are based in the privacy of my home gym in Worcester Park, Surrey, KT4. Online coaching is completed virtually.

How much does it cost?

In person sessions start from £40 p/h. Blocks of 5 or 10 sessions are available to purchase. Online training ranges from £99 to £249 p/m.

How many Personal Training sessions do I need?

The number of personal training sessions you need depends on your goals, fitness level, and how much guidance or accountability you prefer. Some clients see great results with just 1-2 sessions per week, while others prefer more frequent sessions for extra support and motivation. Together, we can create a plan that fits your schedule and helps you reach your goals effectively!
